At ElizabethMA Foundation, we’re on a mission to transform lives and uplift communities in Sierra Leone. ElizabethMA Foundation was founded in August 2021 by Sunhee Hannah Ankrah(Moon). Our foundation is rooted in a legacy of compassion and driven by vision of a brighter, more equitable future for all.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to operationalize and advocate for the betterment of humanity, embracing individuals regardless of their religion, tribe, age, gender or physical ability(able or disabled). We are dedicated to introducing and establishing comprehensive homecare and child healthcare systems throughout Sierra Leone, with a specific focus on enhancing the lives of those in deprived communities. By addressing the fundamental needs of healthcare , education, and social welfare, we aim to provide a supportive and nurturing environment where every individual can thrive. Our efforts are geared towards implementing sustainable solutions that promote health equity, empower disadvantaged groups, and foster a sense of community resilience and self-reliance. Through collaborative partnerships, innovative programs, and unwavering commitment, we strive to create lasting change and uplift the living standards of Sierra Leoneans, ensuring that every person has the opportunity to lead a healthy, dignified, and fulfilling life.

To establish a comprehensive homecare and healthcare system in Sierra Leone , while also empowering children, men, women, and youth to overcome exclusion, reduce poverty, and ensure their transformation. We aim to promote sustainable development and self-reliance, fostering an environment where every individual can thrive. Our vision is to create a society where health and well-being are accessible to all, and where every person has the opportunity to achieve their full potential, contributing to their overall growth and prosperity of Sierra Leone. Through strategic initiatives and collaborative efforts, we strive to build a foundation of support and resilience, ensuring a brighter for all Sierra Leoneans.
OUR OBJECTIVES
In line with its foundational statements, ElizabethMA-Foudation has developed organizational objectives to reflect its overall strategic goals namely to:
- Encourage health care development and health promotion. Establish education centre and health centre.
- Connect with organizations and individuals, who support these people and build alliance between these groups, to empower and develop marginalized and vulnerable groups to become responsible leaders
- Develop faster ad mutual understanding with other organizations engaged in similar activities.
- Assist in the process of social integration and personal realization of less privileged children, young people, adults and families.
- Endorses the self-confidence and in particular the rights of the children and young people as w ell as the rights of underprivileged groups and communities.
- Encourage voluntary work.
- Create means for providing shelter for street people.
- Create job opportunities for young people and provide capital for business people.
- Nurture young dreams and mold children and youth into change-makers.
